Daniel EnskatDaniel Enskat, Founding Partner

Daniel EnskatDaniel has written over a dozen books on the global asset management industry and has lectured at universities around the world alongside speakers such as Senator John Kerry, Dr. Mark Mobius, ex-Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan, Professor KC Chan and former Prime Minister Gerhard Schroeder. He is widely sought after for presentations, discussions and his perspective on the global asset management industry, and in the last two decades has advised hundreds of investment management CEOs on strategy and global expansion.

Daniel is founding partner of Enskat Associates, head of global consulting for Asset International/ Strategic Insight, and works for various industry boards, task forces and cultural organizations ranging from Institutional Investor to the Center for European Policy Studies, the Latino Commission on AIDS, Alvin Ailey and Peridance Contemporary Dance Company. Daniel has masters degrees in politics, history and law, speaks seven languages and was awarded from the government of the United States an O-1 classification as a person with extraordinary abilities and international acclaim in business.

Lidia VelazquezLidia Velazquez, Associate

Lidia VelazquezLidia has a decade of financial services experience with a strong focus in client service, portfolio administration, relationship building, and trading for HNW Wealth Management and Private Banking clients.

She spearheaded initiatives to develop comprehensive financial pictures for top clients by analyzing assets and liabilities, income needs, retirement lifestyle priorities, estate and asset allocation goals. Lidia was raised in New York City, graduated Magne Cum Laude in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and holds a CFP along with a variety of other industry licenses.

AllaBronskayaAlla Bronskaya, Associate

AllaBronskaya Alla was born in Russia, grew up in Alaska, and is a New Yorker by choice. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Theatre with a minor in Physics, and is completing her Master of Arts in International Relations from New York University.

Alla has five years of corporate finance experience, first with Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management, then in Debt Sales Business Management at Deutsche Bank’s Institutional Client Group. She has recently helped co-found Film Armada, an editorial online independent film portal. Alla is fluent in Russian and proficient in French, is a voracious reader, avid dancer, and an enthusiastic skydiver.

Jim CasellaJim Casella

Jim CasellaJim Casella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Case Interactive Media (CIM), which he launched in March of 2007. CIM is affiliated with private-equity firm Austin Ventures, where Jim serves as CEO-in-Residence for their Growth/Private Equity practice. Jim is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asset International, the leading B2B information and technology company in the financial information sector.

Jim led the acquisition of Asset International in December of 2008 and the subsequent expansion of the company with the acquisitions of Strategic Insight and The Trade. He has also spearheaded an aggressive move to transform these traditionally print-centric businesses into online-centric businesses, and led a global expansion into Europe and Asia.

Under Jim’s leadership, Asset International is transforming smaller traditional companies it has acquired into a high-growth global business with a diverse set of new revenue streams: electronic data, tools, online media, research and events. Asset International’s key brands include Strategic Insight, Simfund, SimfundGlobal, Annuity Insight, PLANSPONSOR, PLANADVISER, Global Custodian, The Trade and ai5000.

Avi NachmanyAvi Nachmany

Avi NachmanyIn 1986 Avi co-founded Strategic Insight, an investment management industry think-tank and business intelligence data resource. Today, SI's research and technologies benefit mutual fund management companies overseeing 90% of the U.S. fund industry assets, leading broker-dealers, the insurance companies serving the variable annuity industry, the S.E.C. and other US Governmental agencies, and the Investment Company Institute. Globally, Strategic Insight research and consulting services are provided to over 100 of the most dynamic investment managers and distributors benefiting from expanding demand for wealth management in Asia, Europe, and Australia. Avi contributes to SI research, which spans how the mutual fund industry is adapting to the changed environment; investment innovations; fund distribution and pricing evolution; fee and profitability benchmarking; sub-advisory relationships; income-at-retirement and variable annuity trends; and peer analysis. Avi also consults SI's clients, which, besides investment managers and fund distributors, include capital market, consulting, law, audit, back-office, and hedge fund firms.

Avi was raised in a farming village in Israel, studied Chemistry at Tel Aviv University, and received an MBA, with distinction, from New York University's Stern School of Business in 1985. Avi lives with his wife and three children in New York City.

Todd RuppertTodd is former president and board member of T. Rowe Price International Investment Services, the organization responsible for the firm's institutional business worldwide and intermediary business internationally. In addition, Todd is a member of the Operating Steering Committee of the T. Rowe Price Group and director of T. Rowe Price (Luxembourg) Management S.a.r.l. and T. Rowe Price Funds SICAV. In addition, Todd serves on the board of directors of a) Daiwa SB Investments, one of the largest Tokyo-based Japanese asset management firms, b) Altius Associates, a London-based private equity advisory and discretionary management firm, c) UTI International, the international arm of India’s fourth largest asset management company, d) UTI India Infrastructure Fund, e) the European Fund and Asset Management Association, the trade association for the European asset management industry, f) on the Steering Committee of ICI Global, g) Halcyon Fine Art Group, a London headquartered global art gallery, and h) Institutional Investor’s U.S. Institute. He is also a member of the Industry Advisory Board of the Risk and Insurance Research Center, National Chengchi University in Taiwan, and is on the editorial advisory board of Funds Europe. Todd is President of the board of London’s Royal Parks Foundation (USA), a founding board member of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award- Young Americans’ Challenge and a Fellow of the Duke of Edinburgh’s World Fellowship. He is a member of the board of the Maryland Academy of Sciences and Maryland’s World Trade Center Institute. Todd is also a trustee of Kenyon College, the Kenyon Review, Furman University, and the Garrison Forest School.

Robert WarrenRobert founded Warren International in 1969 to specialize in financial services executive search. Robert has undertaken senior level assignments on a global basis and frequently acts as an advisor to our key clients, domestic and global, on their global expansion plans. The firm has since evolved and primarily serves the investment management community on a global basis as a lift-out specialist. Robert has the longest tenure as an active search professional globally. He started his career at the Irving Trust Company. He has B.S. and M.B.A degrees.
